1.
Regular holding of Namaz e Jamat for Maghribain
and Zohrain with special sessions of tafsir
of Quran and Masaail after Namaz e Maghribain.
2. Madressa for boys and girls on Saturday
every week. The total number of children
attending is approximately one hundred and
sixty.
3. Majlis, Dua e Kumail and Ziyarat e Warisa
for both ladies and gents every Thursday
night.
4. Namaz e Juma every Friday which is very
well attended by all community members.
5. Special gathering of senior ladies group
including Masaail classes and English tuition
as well as lunch programme.
6. Saturday evening lectures in English
with guest speakers and speakers from the
community to impart religious education
to our youths in the language which they
are most familiar with.
7. Youth activity group including indoor
sport facilities in the hall above the Imambargha
every Friday for boys and every Saturday
for girls. The affiliated body includes
Shia Sports Club which organises sports
for members including cricket, volleyball,
football, badminton, table tennis and numerous
other sports.
8. Other activities include interfaith council
meetings, youth camps during holidays. The
community is about to embark on the project
of reactivating the playgroup and we pray
that it comes to fruitation soon .

Every year a number of coach loads of pupils
from various schools visit our centre to
learn about Islam and Muslims living in
Cambridgeshire.
We pray to Allah (S.W.T.A.) that our community
may continue to prosper in the spirit of
co-operation and sincere brotherhood and
that the Husseini Islamic Centre may continue
to be used in the true spirit of Islam earning
the pleasure of Allah (S.W.T.A.) as we await
anxiousy the reappearance of our 12th Imam
Hujjatibnal Hassan al Mahdi Sahebuz Zamaan,
salawaatullahi Allai.
The first thing one will be asked about
on the Day of Judgement (Qiyamat) is prayers.
