This was the very first place of worship established by the Muslim community in Peterborough, the sentiments of which we wish to revive as part of Muslim heritage in the city.

This Centre will form a huge part of our diversity and cohesion work in the city aiming to dispel the many misconceptions held about Muslims and Islam, thus bringing tolerance and harmony amongst the many different faiths, cultures and social backgrounds of the diverse community that we have in Peterborough.
